About Ben
I’ve spent twenty years in the nonprofit sector. I raised money for multiple organizations, built fundraising programs and infrastructure from the ground up, and spent fifteen years at the Louisiana Blue Foundation providing guidance and technical support to hundreds of nonprofits in the field.
I’m a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, a trained mediator, and the kind of person who will tell you the truth — but we’ll laugh along the way.
I built this work because I got tired of watching brilliant nonprofit leaders feel bad about something nobody had ever actually taught them to do. That’s not on you — it’s on the field.
I also have ADHD, strong opinions, and a 20-year-old cat. It’s a whole situation.
